  • Do Keggas Auction have a physical location where the auctions are conducted?

    Keggas Auction has a physical lacation however, all auctions are conducted online via the internet. It is a platform that allows individuals and business to buy and sell their products to registered members.

     

     

  • What do I need to buy items at your online Auction?

    You will need a valid U.S. issued driver license, passport or U.S. Immigration ID if you live in the United States and must be 21 years or older and a valid credit card in order to bid. If you live outside the United States, you will need your country's valid ID or valid passport and a valid credit card in order to bid.

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

  • Can I list my vehicle if I am living outside the United States?

     

    Absolutely, as long as you have an internet connection and a major credit card, you can buy or sell at this auction from anywhere in the world

     

  • Do I need a credit card to register?

     

    No, credit card is not required to register. However, you will need a valid credit card if you want to bid on any item. Credit card is used for the “Buyer’s Fee" only. The full payment for the actual item itself is paid directly to the seller.

     
  • How much will it cost me to list my vehicle?

     

    It will cost you  $9.95  (US dollars) to list one vehicle  for Auction listing and $9.95 for Classified listing per  item . These are the only fees the seller has to pay at the time of listing. Keggas DO NOT charge seller fees

  • How many days do the auction last once listed?

     

    The auction lasts for  21  days once listed and it is effective from the day the item was listed. You may re-list the item many more times. Vehicles such as Aircraft, Heavy trucks, Boats, and yachts can be listed for up to 8 months by re-listing the vehicle over again. However, you will have to pay a re-listing fee.

  • How do I list my item?

     

    Listing your item will involve some preparations and a few steps to follow. To prepare your item for listing have your valid credit card handy, do these few things  (1) Get the item cleaned up and take a good photo of the high resolution of the item, add the video when possible. (2) Write a clear and accurate discretion of the item and highlight some questionable areas on the item like dents, faded paint, or worn parts. Be sure you have this information ready and handy before you begin to list your item.  (3) Signup or login to your account and click on sell and proceed with the listing.  (4) follow the prompt. Be sure to select the payment options. (payment options are the payment provider(s) you want the buyer to use to pay for the Product they won or bought from you. The payment provider(s) you select will appears on the buyer invoice). 

  • How do I bid at this Auction?

     

    Anybody from any part of the world can bid at this auction as long as they have an internet connection to a computer or a device and a credit card.

    (1) Sign in to your account if you do not have one,  registerand create an account (2) Locate the item you want to bid on (3) Place your bid in the box with the $ sign in the bidding section.  (4) Click the triangle Submit Bid Button and keep watching the bid

  • Why is there a hold on my credit card?

     

     All bidders will have a hold placed on their card for 6.5% of their initial buyer fee. When a bidder wins the auction, the hold will be converted to a charge. If the bidder did not win, the hold will be released immediately at the auction end. It could take some days for most banks to release the funds. Please check with your bank a few days after the auction.
